We are devoted to simplify all procedures needed to fly to Spain, and guarantee that all flight-related tasks are performed in due time and in accordance with the customer airline policies.
From the accreditation to the flight report once the aircraft has departed, we are present on all the steps through the operation.
Our aim has always been taking care of all possible matters related to a flight to Spain, whichever airport is needed. In order to do that we have developed a network of trustable agents in those airports where we were not operating ourselves.
Through our long relationship with them and regular controls, we are sure to offer the same careful service we provide in our own stations.
At the same time we have extended the range of services, including slot request, traffic rights, etc.
Currently, we can offer all services that an airline may need at any Spanish airport, allowing them to focus on their customers and the technical part of the flight.

Airline Representation
We take care of all legal requirements before you can depart, including the accreditation, VAT exemption, slots and traffic rights request.
We can advise in the selection of a handling agent or a catering company, as well.
Although we keep good relations with all third parties, from our experience we can help you find the best partner for each airport.
If needed, we can arrange credit facilities for landing and handling fees.
Otherwise, we are able to pay all costs using a prepayment to our account with weekly settlements.
Despite European Union convergence, all countries have specific regulations and having a local representative is definitely an advantage.
We talk the same language, know the Laws and requisites, and have been doing our job for years.
Our support saves lots of telephone calls, questions, paperwork and, in one word, valuable time.
We can also provide a flight dispatch service for operations as well as crew transportation to and from aircrafts to the Terminal building.
Handling Supervision
There are dozens of potential issues that may lead to a delay. We work to solve them before they become a problem, or minimize their effects if unavoidable. Check that counters are open in time, ensure that the catering is ready, watch that the specifications of your Ground Operations Manual are followed... just to name a few.
Any issue we can handle for ourselves will be duly solved, keeping the company informed. If needed, we will contact the operations department and await for instructions. We act also as a bridge to the crew, providing them with any info either by e-mail, fax or on the phone.
We are used to face any problem, and our staff is trained to make things easier.
In addition, we can collect Excess of Baggage, Emergency Seats or any other charge required in place from the pax.
The performance of our job is supported by all necessary human and material resources.
Ground-Air frequency to keep contact with the aircraft, vehicles, walkie-talkies and fully equipped offices with internet access are requisites of all our stations.
